As a typical water-saving irrigation demonstration case, this project applies modern drip irrigation and sprinkler irrigation technology to fruit and vegetable planting bases with an area of 120 hectares. Different from traditional irrigation methods, the system can accurately control irrigation water volume, time and frequency according to crop growth cycles, soil moisture and meteorological conditions.
The project is equipped with intelligent water supply equipment, filter devices and pipeline transmission systems, which effectively reduce water evaporation and seepage loss. The water utilization efficiency is increased by more than 40% compared with traditional irrigation, and the waste of water resources is greatly reduced. Meanwhile, precise irrigation avoids soil salinization and waterlogging, improves the soil planting environment, and increases the comprehensive benefit of crop planting by more than 30%. This case fully verifies the application value of modern water-saving irrigation technology in precision agriculture.
